Sorry I've been MIA, but I am still alive and kickin'. I'm in the midst of a 5-day weekend and enjoying myself. Had a great week at work. I hope everyone's doing well.

Only one more week until SPRING BREAK 2009!!! WOOO! Went out with some girls this past weekend, which was fun since I hadn't gone out out in a while. Glad that conferences are done. I was more nervous than I should've been.

I've been bad about posting. Life is going on as usually and I can't believe February's already almost over. Adjusting to the hair. Work is good. I can't believe conferences are coming up already. Eep! PMT started last week...sooo good! I'm so excited! Hope all is well. I really just want spring...at least today was nice!

I'm trying to keep warm, but the apartment's freezing (no heat). Hopefully it gets rectified soon. Last week was pretty good. Saw "Slumdog Millionaire" last night. I really enjoyed it! Obama was inaugurated today. It is historic indeed. Watched the inauguration at work. It was quite a sight to see. Such an emotional day for America and the world. Hopefully we'll keep making progress as a nation towards becoming more inclusive in our beliefs and practices. Yes We Can!

It's been a long, but good week. So glad that it's a long weekend so I can recoup. Hope all is well.

Crazy storm today. School was great! The kids were so cute and I didn't mind being one of the "7 Swans a Swimming" even though our prop wasn't exactly a swan (it was a rubber duckie on a stick). Hanging out with dance friends tonight and running errands tomorrow before the flight (keeping fingers crossed) Sunday.

Last week before I'm off for Winter Break. I'm excited to be headed home to CA for a few weeks to see/be with my family. Haven't done Xmas shopping so that's gotta happen in the near future, not to mention thinking about if I want to do something for my kids, packing for my trip home, and did I mention getting through another week of school?!
